Year 5 Netball vs Langley Hall:
On Friday the 18th October our Year 5 Netball Team travelled to Langley Hall. Despite losing the match, our girls put up a fantastic display and linked up very well amongst each other on the court, resulting in some great goals being scored. Well done to all the players and a special congratulations to Mela for being awarded as the team’s MVP.
U9's and U11'S Rugby vs Dair House
This week we were up against Dair House for Under 9 and Under 11 Rugby matches. Tuesday saw our Under 9s take to the field. Both teams played exceptionally well and plenty of tries were scored. Our Under 9 Bulls won their match 14 -0, while our Under 9 Bears drew their match 8-8. Well done to all the players and a special well done to both Hector and Mohammed for being nominated as MVPs for their respective teams. On Wednesday, our Under 11s travelled to Dair House to play against two of their teams. We lost one match and won the other. Throughout the afternoon, our team got much better and linked up more effectively to score some good tries. Well done to all the players and also to Vihaan, who was nominated as MVP for the day.
U9's and U11's Hockey vs Dair House
Our Under 9 and Under 11 Hockey teams travelled to Dair House this week for the first fixtures after the half term. Our 2 under 9 teams played a total of 4 matches winning 2, drawing 1 and losing one, while our Under 11s played 2 matches on Wednesday, drawing 1 and losing 1. Our hockey players have shown plenty of enthusiasm and determination throughout the term thus far and this week was a great testament as to how well we have improved over the last 6 weeks. Well done to all the players and a special well done to both Raya in Year 4 and Christina in Year 6 for being nominated as the MVPs for their teams.
